2018 Queen Silver Star Excellence Program Candidates compete their 10 classes instructed by Doug Lee and Heather Freeman of the 1929 Toastmaster Club of Vernon. Each Candidate will be presenting their individual speech. $5.00 - Tickets available from the candidates, the Winter Carnival office and at the door.
