Enjoy a new feature every Saturday afternoon this summer at Range Lounge & Grill with Sushi Saturdays.
Chef Eric Lee joins the Predator Ridge Culinary team with over 8 years of experience as a sushi chef. Born and raised in South Korea, Chef Lee is a graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary program and is currently the Head Sushi Chef at Blue Tail Sushi & Bistro in Kelowna.
Every week Chef Lee will be serving a variety of sushi dishes in Range Lounge & Grill on Saturday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
