John Lent presents two Master Classes in Prose and Poetry at the Caetani Cultural Centre!

Masterclasses are 8 weeks in duration, with one three hour session per week plus additional one-on-one time with noted author John Lent.

Class membership is limited to 12 advanced writers working on a manuscript.

Tuition: $425.00 per course.

Classes will be a mixture of discussions about contemporary poetry, demonstrations in writing and editing poetry (especially short and long forms), and critiquing sessions that will focus on class members’ work.

There is nothing in the world quite like the density of poetry. It can be so fascinating and demanding, so exquisite. My hope is that we will create a community of poets looking out for one another and pushing ourselves toward publication. Again, this should be the ideal class for any poet who is working away in solitude and could use the support and clarity that a small community of like- minded poets can provide sometimes.
