Kick your morning off at 9Round Fitness Vernon! Mily, owner, manager, and trainer at 9Round Vernon will be hosting the first meetup of the new year on January, 24th from 7:30 to 9:00 am!
Join us for a morning of free networking, light snacks, beverages, and laughs. If you're feeling revved up after your morning coffee you'll be able to stay for a workout and punch the bags, too! Make sure to bring your indoor shoes or socks. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the gym.
