Arts, Culture and Heritage
The The North Okanagan Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists (NOFCA) presents it's annual spring show at the Vernon Community Arts Centre, in Polson Park. This is a juried exhibit with a diverse range of artistic styles and subject matter.
NOFCA is a non-profit organization initially formed in the early 1990s to provide opportunity for artistic growth, development, and accreditation to visual artists of various skill levels in the North Okanagan Region. The North Okanagan chapter has over 75 members which include emerging artists and highly proficient professional artists.
The NOFCA Spring Exhibit runs daily, March 3 to 27. Admission is free. If visitors wish to give a donations, proceeds will support the Vernon Community Arts Centre.
