Live music, social rides, and family-friendly activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're an experienced rider or just starting out, you'll love exploring the beautiful mountain trails and listening to local live music. This event is the perfect opportunity to meet new friends, challenge yourself, and experience the stunning natural beauty of the Okanagan. So gather your friends and family and get ready for an unforgettable weekend of excitement and adventure!
FRIDAY NIGHT: WOMEN’S RIDE
Ladies Ride! Ride and Refreshments
Join us for an evening group ride with like minded women. Ride will start in the lower parking lot of Ellison at 5:30 and finish on the beach. All abilities invited. There will be 2 levels of rides going out, an easier and a harder led by Okanagan Bike Skills.
SATURDAY: POLSON PARK
Kids activities 3:30 - 5:30
Bring your bikes and come down to Polson Park bandstand for kids activities and prizes from Vernon Tourism.
CHIPKO JONES AND CRASHLANDERS
Live music, An evening of live music, art, dancing, beer, food vendors and fun!
Included in your ticket is one beer or kombucha
5:30 - 10:30pm
SUNDAY: PETE’S RIDE
- Pre/post ride location - Cosens bay lot. Plan is to have people up at the Big Ed platform at noon for a toast to Pete.
*Please check back before the ride. Currently, there is still snow on the upper trails, so we will be monitoring it and will update on the ride before the event.
Option 1 - ride the full Big Ed loop
Option 2 - ride to Dope on a rope and back down lower Ed
Option 3 - ride to Be Kind, down Flovid
Option 4 - Ride to Flovid
Or... Shuttle up and hit Ed!
Post ride casual BBQ at 1pm. RSVP below or bring $5. That will get you a dog and a beverage. :)
